C2 Property Connect is an advertising and connection platform only. We do not act as estate agents, deal sourcers, brokers or financial advisers and do not participate in or receive commission from transactions completed between users. All information is supplied by third-party advertisers and users must conduct their own due diligence.

We provide an advertising platform and directory. Any agreement to buy, sell, lease, source, fund or operate a property is made directly between users.

You must give accurate registration details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms, post misleading listings, or misuse contact details obtained through the platform.

Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy of every listing, including price, planning status, use class, capacity, lease terms and provider arrangements.

Listings may be reviewed, edited, paused or removed by us. Listings depend on an active membership; where a membership lapses, listings become inactive rather than deleted.

You are paying C2 Property Connect for advertising or platform membership only. No part of this payment relates to a property transaction and no commission is taken from any deal agreed between users.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

We do not guarantee listing accuracy, availability, rental income, planning outcomes, provider performance or investment returns.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
